Point-and-Click List & Table Data Scraping
Master BeeCai's core visual data extraction: with AI semantic detection or visual bounding boxes, extract entire tables into Excel in seconds.
On any webpage containing tables or product grids (e-commerce search results, marketplace directories, tender listings), BeeCai supports both "AI Smart Recognition" and "Manual Visual Selection". You can freely rename columns and remove unwanted fields before batch extracting data into structured Excel sheets.
AI Smart Table Recognition Workflow
Powered by advanced multimodal semantic algorithms, BeeCai inspects the DOM structure and detects recurring data patterns in one second:
- Open Sidebar: Navigate to the target page and click the BeeCai toolbar icon.
- AI Detection: Click "AI Smart Table Recognition" to auto-extract titles, prices, main images, MOQs, and product URLs.
- Rename Columns: Click any field header in the list to customize names (e.g. changing "Title_2" to "Product Title").
- Remove Extra Fields: Click the trash can icon next to any unwanted attribute to exclude it from the export.
- Start & Export: Click "Start Scraping" to begin. When done, click "View Data Table" to open the full-screen table and export to Excel.
Manual Visual Selection
For complex layouts or non-standard page designs, use manual visual selection to target specific elements:
- Enter Selection Mode: Click "Manual Selection" on the BeeCai sidebar panel.
- Frame the Element: Click and drag across the page to draw a bounding box around a product card. Release the mouse to parse fields.
- Rename Column Headers: Click the field name input to edit column headers directly (e.g. changing
Field_2to "Product Title"). - Delete Unneeded Fields: Click the trash can icon to remove unwanted attributes.
- Extract & Download: Click "Start Scraping", then expand the results dashboard to download the complete Excel sheet.

Clicking "Start Scraping" activates the high-speed streaming data engine:
- Live Progress Monitor: View streaming tables, elapsed time, and total rows collected, with a pause button available at any time.
- Excel Export: Standard UTF-8 formatted spreadsheets with text and clickable hyperlinked images.
- Full Image Batch Download: Download all product photos across every row as a ZIP archive in one click.

List Scraping FAQ
Q1: Why did manual selection only capture a single card?
Some websites feature complex nested DOM containers. We recommend framing the outermost card container, or selecting two adjacent items in sequence so the algorithm detects the repeating pattern.
Q2: Do AI recognition and manual selection use the same credits?
Manual selection runs on local browser DOM rules and consumes zero AI credits. AI Smart Recognition performs end-to-end multimodal model inference, consuming standard AI credits.
